What if I receive defective product?

Every item will be shipped in a durable condition and secure packing is done so that the product remains intact. We provide complete insurance to all items till it reaches you as we deliver the products to you through reputed courier facilities like FedEx, UPS. Are all products on your website are guaranteed?

All our jewelry is of 22KT (except Diamond and Polki jewelry which is made in 18KT). GIA/IGI certification is available for all our Solitaire and Diamond Jewelry, the same will be included along with your order.

What is the exchange policy?

For any reason if you are not satisfied with our product, you may exchange with any other jewelry or a store credit within 14 days (calendar days) from the day of the receipt of the shipment. If the exchange product worth is more than the original product, we will charge the difference. Jewelry and Bullion purchased online are non-refundable.
